Free monthly challenges - Small Shifts That Can Lead To Big changes. Every single month.
Each month inside the Heartbeat community, we run a free, fun, totally do-able challenge designed to help your brain, and your life, start moving in the right direction. No card details. No upsells. Just us, doing the work together.
This was originally created purely to offer free resources to individuals who for what ever reason, can't currently access therapy. It's not a replacement for professional counselling but these challenges use tools and exersizes that I regularly use with my clients, and I've used them myself. I know they work.

July 2026 - The Glimmer Hunting Challenge
You already know what a trigger feels like. That sharp spike of anxiety, the body going on high alert, the old familiar dread. A glimmer is the opposite. It's a tiny, fleeting moment of peace. A quiet feeling of "oh, this is okay." And the brilliant thing? You can train your brain to find them — and when you do, you're literally rewiring yourself toward safety, calm, and hope. This challenge makes that process simple, enjoyable, and genuinely powerful.
What you'll do:
-
Learn what glimmers are and why they work
-
Start noticing them in your everyday life
-
Build a simple daily practice that sticks
-
Share your glimmers with the community
